2. ARJ Foundation Office premises will be free from dangerous cigarette smoke.
3. Garbage must be managed appropriately.

1. All Projects/Programs Services of ARJ Foundation will be high quality.
2. Staff of ARJ Foundation shall be responsible for maintaining the quality of the program performance

1. Beneficiaries of ARJ Foundation shall possess the knowledge, understanding and capability to identify and resolve their problems. Staff of ARJ Foundation shall facilitate process.
